SPEED LIMIT - We ask all drivers in the community to please watch your speed coming into and leaving the property. The speed limit is 10mph. We know it is tough to maintain a low speed at certain grades but we ask you do your bests, no matter what hour of the day it is, to be respectful of the set limit. There are always walkers, pets, and children on or near the street. Please be considerate of oncoming vehicles as well. It is common to let the vehicle coming into the property to have the right of way.

LEASH LAW - All dogs are to be kept on leashes at all times when off personal property. Please refrain from letting your pet run free. If your pet happens to get loose, we ask all homeowners to try and validate if the pet has identification tags and notify the owners immediately. If your pet runs loose and happens to relieve itself on someone else's property, we ask that you carry with you a baggie to pick up after it or return shortly with a scooper.
