2nd Emergency Board Meeting Minutes Jan 30 - Snow Removal

SNOW REMOVAL NOTICE

Please take notice that we will be having large amounts of snow piles removed from the community on

MONDAY , JANUARY 31^st

Approximately 10am – 1pm

The following areas will be affected:

End of Albert

End of Cornell

Intersection of Cornell & Albert

Intersection of Hunter & Albert

End of Hunter

Please use caution when entering and leaving the community as large equipment and trucks will be in use during this time. Thank you for your patience while we perform these duties ensuring the safety and well being of the community and its residents.

Winter Storm Notice

Please take notice the we are receiving estimates from local contractors to aid in the removal of the large amount of snow piles in the following areas :

End of Albert

End of Cornell

Intersection of Cornell & Albert

Intersection of Hunter & Albert

End of Hunter

As of Saturday, January 29, 2011, we do not have a date in which this will be completed. However, we hope to have this done ASAP due to future snow storms.  We will notify you with this date immediately so you are aware when the large equipment will be in the community and should use caution when approaching these areas listed above. Concerns?  Please contact the Board ASAP.

New Year

Be sure to start off the new year safely. Please obey the 10mph speed limit. Snow, ice and visibility could restrict you from stopping longer than you normally do. Please remember that if you meet another car on the road, it is general courtesy to let the car coming up the road from E.Pembroke to have the right of way.
