1. Road Improvements Needed
De Costa Paving will be repairing the degraded pavement between Albert and Hunter. Patching is also included for all of Cornell. Board has approved quote. The road will remain open as needed during this time. Actual work time is TBD.
2. RA-40 Zone
Reminder to all residence that the community is for Residential Vehicles only. Contact the City Zoning Board if you have concerns.
3. Cornell Hills Association Blog
Design, Implementation and Maintenance by Nate Bradley (Free of Charge). Will include all important highlighted notes from community meetings.
